Nebular Records AGREES TO: License the artist the use of the Nebular Records label. Furnish the artist 2-color logo graphics, on a computer zip disk, for the face of the CD. The artist's printer is to add song titles and other printing desired to the HOF graphic. Issue the artist a Nebular Records "Sequence Number." Example: NEBR CD 110 Announce, promote and display the artist's CD on the Nebular Records international websites. Submit copies of the CD to the media for review. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ARTIST AGREES TO: Pay a $200 fee in advance for: #1) Authorized permission to use the Nebular Records Label and be included in our catalog. (Providing your material is acceptable). #2) RAB HOF 2-color (black and a PMS special color) artwork, supplied on a disk, for the CD labels. #3) The proper sequence number, RABHOF CD #---- Pay Nebular Records .50¢ per unit SOLD. Be responsible for all song publishing rights, recording sessions, mastering, pressing, printing and packaging invloved in producing the CDs. The fee charged by Nebular Records is strictly for the licensing of the label name and above mentioned promotion services. Give (at no charge) Nebular Records a minimum of 100 CDs. Nebular Records will use 50% of these CDs to promote the disk to select magazines, radio stations, distributors, etc. The other 50% of the the CDs will be sold thru the Nebular Records web site and it's store. All profits from these CDs will go to support the growth of Nebular Records. The more CDs we receive, the more we will use for promotion and sales. |
